The hotel is perfectly clean and cool. Really helpful staff at reception desk, everything is really good! The room is neat and outstanding, comes with beautiful views and wide TV screen and 1 large bed. It has magnificent and amazing location close to the tram line. Every time in Istanbul we stay in this property.

they gave us wheelchair accessible room with beautiful views as well as 1 large bed and that was essential. we liked wake-up service available.

The location was absolutely perfect, right next to a tramway station with plenty of restaurants, shops, groceries, and cafes nearby. the room was reasonably large, with a comfortable bed, a shower, hairdryers, and terry bath robes in the bathroom.
